Situated in the bronze workers district, this workshop features a walled yard and a a three story main building. It is near the market and is guild certified. 

No one knows where the previous owner went. But they've been gone for quite a while. No one has moved in yet because of the golem guarding it, attacking anyone who enters. Since the golem is simply defending its home, the justicars have no quarrel with it. Makita, the owning guild, has declared the property forfeit and is offering it for a pittance for anyone who can defeat the golem. They want the money up front though.
